Shipping Costs

Shipping to Canadian addresses is free for all orders over $68 with code freeshipping. Orders that are less than $68 will have a flat rate of $15 for expedited shipping with Canada Post.

All orders to the US have a flat rate cost of $30

Shipment Processing Time?

We don’t currently use a third party fulfillment service and exclusively use Canada Post. We ship five days a week, and orders are processed + shipped within 1-3 days.

Be sure to check your inbox for shipping updates from us. We will always provide you with a tracking number allowing you to track your order.

How do you ship?

All of our orders are shipped via Canada Post using Expedited Parcel from Toronto, ON. Shipping times will vary depending on the location. Please note that locations outside of Ontario, Canada may take longer for delivery.

We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times with Canada Post. If any circumstances arise outside of our control with delivery, we will be sure to contact you via email with updates.

What if my order gets damaged on its travels? 

We do our best to protect your goods against damage. If any damage occurs on its travel, please reach out to us at and we will sort everything out for you.

Do you offer pick-up?

We do offer a free pick-up option for those living + working in Toronto. When your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email from me with your pick-up instructions.

Wholesale shipping?

If you are interested in carrying our teas in your space , please fill out our wholesale form. We will be in touch in regards to stocking our teas + delivery options.


Am I able to return my order?

We do not accept returns due to the nature of the product. All items are handmade + inspected before they are finalized. If you believe your item is not right, please email us and we will replace your blend.

All items purchased are final sale. If you have any issues at all, do not hesitate to contact us and we will take care of you.
